offers a FREE advertising
service for anyone who wishes to advertise their skills, needs or services in
IT and language-related fields.
All we ask is that
your advert:
- Is PC, Web / Internet,
Language - related. (Along the lines of our serives we offer as a business).
- Does not contain any
material or links considered offensive or inappropriate by www.barley-house.co.uk,
- Is in standard fonts
generally recognised by PCs, no banner ads or oversize font sizes please.
- Has no large graphics,
gifs, jpgs, bmps etc that eat server space and bandwidth - we won't copy those.
- Has a maximum of 500
words per advert.
We aim to keep this service totally
free, indefinitely. However, its success relies heavily upon its users respecting
our rules. Please therefore take a few moments to read the information below
before you send us your ad.

reserves to right to refuse
or remove any adverts at any time.
- The duration of the advertising
period is entirely at the discretion of www.barley-house.co.uk,
and may be
curtailed.
- Please
note that whilst we will take all reasonable precautions to ensure our standards
are met, we decline any responsibility for omissions, content or nature of
the adverts on this site.
- Adverts
containing offensive or inappropriate material or links will not be accepted.
- We reserve
the right to make any amendments to any ads sent to us.
- You may
post more than one advert though we will decline any bulk advertising or any
quantity of adverts we consider inappropriate. Please ensure that each advert
has a different security number. (see instructions below).
- This
service is totally free and on a bona-fide basis and we do not enter in to
any legal contract whatsover with any advertiser.
- The security
number system (see instructions below) is for your benefit in order to avoid
any unauthorised changes. If you omit your number when intially posting an
advert, it may not be included on our billboard.
- We will
not action any amendment or removal instructions without your security number.
Please ensure you keep a record of the number.
- If you lose your
security number, please email us with supporting information such as the most
recent email date when you had included your personal number and we will attempt
to recover it.
- We cannot
be held responsible for any unauthorised inclusions, amendments or removal
instructions.
- We do
not accept instructions as regards positioning or sequencing of adverts on
our billboards.
- By using
this service you agree to all the conditions stated on this page.
- The service
may be suspended or interrupted at any time for either technical or other
reasons.
Instructions...
Before
you do anything, please read this first!
- For
security reasons, please include a six digit number of your choice
in the relevant box in the advert form. This number will not
be shown in your advert on our billboard but will serve as your unique
reference number which we will use to confirm your indentity if
you subsequently wish to amend or remove your ad.
- If you wish to
display more than one ad, please ensure that your 6-digit number is
different for each ad.

To post
your NEW advert, click
here and include the instruction "new ad" with your 6-digit
number in the relevant box in the form. Paste your advert on the page and then
send the completed e-mail. Subject to the conditions above it will be included
our next update run.
To AMEND
your advert, click here and
include the instruction "amend" with your 6-digit number in
the relevant box in the form, with a new copy of your advert. Paste your advert
on the page and then send the completed e-mail. Subject to the conditions above
it will be updated upon our next update run.
To REMOVE
your advert, click here and include
the instruction "remove" with your 6-digit number in the relevant
box in the form. Please paste a copy of the advert to be deleted in order to
verify that it is your advert. Subject to the conditions above it will be removed
upon our next update run.
